In the process of becoming a Professional bicycle builder, over time, I developed, dialed-in and documented my processes for building and evaluating bicycle frames.
Precise - Repeatable - Consistent
I have integrated what I have learned from various sources, including formal engineering education, industry experience, research, and years of cycling. I engineer and design my product and systems. I initiate my own research, development, and testing. I am fundamentally a self-learner.
My fit and handling methodology - documented and refined - enables me to design and tune a bike precisely for each client, one at a time.
Precise - Repeatable - Consistent
In the process of designing and building my frames, I currently use BikeCad and AutoCad.
I include the following material primarily to assist new Framebuilders, and as reference for those interested in the technical, and philosophical aspects of building bicycle frames. These are simply some guideposts to aid in the learning process.
